This software offers a novel approach to managing diabetes by enabling users to interact more seamlessly with their MiniMed™ insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data. It provides a discreet and user-friendly interface designed to facilitate glucose management.

With the MiniMed™ Clinical app, users can conveniently access essential data from their insulin pump and CGM directly on their smartphones, enhancing understanding of glucose trends and historical data. The app simplifies the process of tracking glucose levels and understanding their progression over time.

Automatic synchronization of data to CareLink™ software enables straightforward sharing of information with healthcare providers and caregivers, streamlining clinical review and management.

IMPORTANT: The functionality of this app is restricted to the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump system, which is engineered for wireless communication with compatible smart devices. It is incompatible with other MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pump models. For a detailed list of compatible devices, users should consult their local clinical representative.

The MiniMed™ Mobile app serves as a secondary display device for a compatible insulin pump system, intended for passive monitoring and data synchronization with the CareLink™ system. It does not replace the primary display device—the insulin pump—for real-time monitoring of glucose or insulin delivery. All therapeutic decisions should be made based on the primary device’s readings.

The app does not analyze or modify incoming data from CGM sensors or insulin pumps, nor does it control the functioning of these devices. It is not designed to receive direct data from sensor transmitters or to intervene in device operations.

This app store is not intended to serve as the initial resource for addressing technical issues or customer support inquiries. Users are advised to contact local Medtronic support channels for assistance to ensure privacy protection and prompt resolution of concerns.
